Where can I find parking?

The most convenient option is the Jefferson Street parking garage behind Vinyl Music Hall.  Rates for the garage are as follows, $0.50/hr 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and a $2.00 flat rate after 6 p.m.  There is also an abundant amount of street parking surrounding the venue.  Please read all posted signs carefully as permit parking is STRICTLY enforced by the city. Metered spots are often available on Jefferson St., Garden St., and Baylen St. (The meters turn off after 5 pm.).

My tickets are at the box office. How & when can I pick up my tickets?

If your tickets are at the box office, you can pick up your tickets on the night of the event only at the box office when it opens. The box office will open 30 minutes before the posted door time. You must present a valid picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase. No ID = no admission. No exceptions.

I’ve never been to Vinyl Music Hall before, do I get a seat or is it general admission?

Vinyl Music Hall is a general admission venue and mostly standing room only.  However, we do have limited seating in the 5 1/2 Bar where the event can be viewed on the TV monitor via live feed. Please note 5 1/2 becomes a VIP bar when the main music hall is featuring an event.  Details on purchasing VIP tickets coming soon.

What is Vinyl Music Hall’s photo policy for still cameras?

Photo policy for camera phones and smaller non flash cameras are dictated by the artist.  However, flash/professional photography is only permitted with express consent from the artist and Vinyl Music hall.  Please see FAQ on obtaining a photo pass.

What is Vinyl Music Hall’s photo policy for video cameras?

Absolutely no video cameras without a photo pass & further restrictions do apply even with a photo pass. Please contact the artist if you are interested in video taping them or their show.

I’m a photographer. How do I get a photo pass?

Please contact the artist you would like to photograph about getting a photo pass for their show here. We (Vinyl Music Hall) cannot grant photo passes–as it is the artist’s decision as to who they want photographing them.

I’m on the guest list. How do I get in?

Go to the box office and present a valid picture ID for admittance. No ID = no admission. No exceptions.

How do I buy tickets at the Box Office?

The box office opens 30 minutes before doors open for the show. Tickets are available at the box-office on the NIGHT OF SHOW ONLY and if the show is not sold out in advance.

How can I buy advance tickets?

What forms of payment are accepted at the bar?
Only cash, VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted at the bar. Two atm’s are on site.

Do I have to be 21 and over to be admitted?

Age restrictions are determined by the specific artist/event.  Some events will be 21 and over, some will be all ages, but most will be 18 and up.  Each will be advertised with its appropriate age restrictions.  Note:  On all ages shows guests under 21 may be subject to a $2.00 surcharge at the door and guests 15 and under are required to have a parent/legal guardian accompaniment (with ticket).

What are the wristbands for?

You must have a wristband to order alcohol and to leave and return to the club. Please show a valid photo ID at the door to obtain a wristband. Sorry, no in/out privileges for patrons under 21 years of age.
